Bulldozers for Coal fired Thermal Power Plant

Bulldozers for Coal fired Thermal Power Plants Generating Electricity.

Thermal Power PlantsAlmost two thirds of electricity requirement of the world is fulfilled by thermal power plants (or thermal power stations). In these power stations, steam is produced by burning some fossil fuel (e.g. coal) and then used to run a steam turbine. As the majority of thermal power plants use coal as their primary fuel, this article is focused on a coal fired thermal power plant.
Heavy earthmoving machinery such as Bulldozer Excavator plays a very important role in Thermal Power Plants. Huge amounts of coal are pushed by bulldozers into the turbine to start the process.

Thermal power generation plant or thermal power station is the most conventional source of electric power.Thermal Power Plant consists of a set of steps in series for producing electricity. Bulldozers are used for stacking and pushing of coal to the hot furnaces such that the coal is burnt into the furnace of steam boiler and high-pressure steam is produced.

This steam is then passed through the super heater, where it is further heated up.This super-heated steam is then entered into a turbine at high speed.

In turbine this steam force rotates the turbine blades that means here in the turbine the stored potential energy of the high-pressure steam is converted into mechanical energy.
This process converts the chemical energy of the coal into electrical energy and is achieved by raising the steam in the boilers, expanding it through the turbine and coupling the turbines to the generators which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.

Municipal Solid waste Management

Daya Charan and Company has been dealing in Municipal Solid Waste and Landfill Management, leachate control, unorganized landfills management, complete landfill remediation contracts etc. for the past 5 Years.

Solid waste treatment

The MSW landfill in Gurugram, India. In 2015 survey by an environment expert found that both surface and groundwater in Gurugram were highly polluted due to the leachate percolating into the ground. Around 1,20 0 tonnes of waste is dumped at the site daily.

Municipal Solid Waste management involves the separation, segregation, and shifting of waste material like household trash, plastic holders, bundling nourishment scraps and other wastes from private, business, and other modern sources.

We work for Landfill and Solid Waste Management in India including environmentally sound waste diversion, recycling, and dumping of solid waste. We use the most advanced techniques and different methods to eliminate foul smell and flies. Our bulldozers are deployed on landfills so that effective dumping of waste takes place. We also use special bulldozers with the solid waste blade to provide more efficiency in the work.

Landfill will be done for the following types of waste:

(i) Comingled waste (mixed waste) not found suitable for waste Processing.
(ii) Pre processing and post processing rejects from waste processing sites.
(iii) Non hazardous waste not being processed or recycled.

Landfill will usually not be done for the following waste streams in the municipal solid waste:

(i) Biowaste/garden waste;
(ii) Dry recyclables.

Land-filling of hazardous waste stream in the municipal waste will be done at a hazardous waste landfill site; such a site will be identified by the State Government and is likely to be operated by industries of a district/state.
